Every Day the Arrow to turn East off of Custer Onto Park isn't working correctly. I have seen cars running the red light. People getting so frustrated yelling with arms flying ...trying to get into the other lane to go forward after sitting there for MORE than 10 that's ten mins. There's going to be an accident there if this continues. Please address this issue BEFORE someone is injured. I personally sat there..yesterday from 5:10 to 5:21 durning rush hour...UGH...only to get into the next lane to go forward. Who knows how long it took before changing.

... still a problem... It only stays green long enough for two cars to get thru when it finally changes...
Has no one taken the time to set the timer for any part of the day? Especially during rush hours??
