Description

A turning lane needs to be added for 2 reasons. 1) if a driver needs to turn around they can. Right now they have to wait until they get up to 420 and 13. Most turn around in my driveway or my neighbors. 2) With a left lane to turn around a driver can either enter the Historial Site/Park or enter and park at the John Hines Wildlife Park.
This would keep cars from coming into the residential area. Safety and convenience.
