Description

I live in the 3500 block of Southwest Randolph avenue. I regularly witness cars going 50 to 60 mph down this street. This is a dedicated bike street and it's popular with walkers. Jardine School is that 33rd and Southwest Randolph along with a neighborhood swimming pool. I have witnessed numerous close calls between cars and pedestrians and I have myself been hit more than once on my bicycle by reckless drivers. We need speed hops to be installed between 33rd Street and 37th Street before someone is killed or injured.
