if ur really complaining about this you need to find something else to rant and rave about. To start with its a off ramp aka decealerate ramp. If you get rear ended its the person who hit u fault not ur fault. #2 If your realy thinking this site does anything youre wrong it has tons of issue and not even half of them get fixed. #3 Look at 202 and rt 100 bypass/ spur on to 202 with the high concreate walls the emergency vehicles (which i am a fireco memeber in the area) either have to risk getting hit and injurd and not being able to help at the scene or they have to go from boot road and rt 100 all the way to 202 to turn around in west whiteland or if I have seen right the number of emergency vehicle turnarounds on 202 from rt 100 to paoli pike i think there is only 2 so if you have an issue on 202 now the fire co, ambulance, police even tow truck has to go wrong way in facing traffic or they hope the caller knows where they are and get on the ramp closet to the spot or else again response time is made longer. Now my point is I agree the walls are too tall but also should have cut outs in it, and also my other point is this site rarely fixes anything so just go to penndot for issues that way they at least know people have an issue with whats being done
