Thank you for contacting City of Huntsville, Traffic Engineering. When you say "across", do you mean across the street or beside the church? I am trying to understand how tree limbs on the northbound side of the road would block view of traffic on the opposite side of the road. They would have to cross the street to block that southbound traffic.

If you are waiting to turn left into the parking lot, the road curves to the right, so it goes behind the trees that are on the right side of the road. I deliver mail to the church every day. In the winter I could see through the trees enough that I could tell if I had enough time to turn. Now, they are full enough and stick out enough that when a car coming at me goes by, and I proceed to turn, another car is pretty close because I couldn't see it.
