Opis
This alley is located between Oliver and Georgia streets. There many trees growing out the alley. This is separate from private property. The trees are growing in the middle of the alley and next to electric poles which have covered the alley completely. Residents can not walk through. Once again trees are growing in the alley. The image is showing fro where the trees start I can not go through to take photos closes since I can not pass through. Please have some one come look at it
