Reported by Housing Code- Complaint: The house at 113-115 CALHOUN PLACE has a chimney dangerously leaning to one side of the house, while the second floor front porch is leaning forward and seems to be split at the load bearing members inviting collapse, wood is splitting holding up second floor porch.

6" x 6" Posts are bowing and have some spitting on the upper level. The Chimney is not visible from the street or sides of the house. There is a Refrigerator on the upper Deck that needs to be removed.
