I met with the property owner at the property address yesterday. He is aware of the code violations at this location. We have granted him extended time to implement a plan to bring the property into compliance. He's also looking at selling the property.

The property owner has been in recovery from several health issues. He has made several trips to the property and is again, being to the task of compliance.

UPDATE; We are monitoring this location. The property owner has been removing vehicles, trash, junk and appliances for the property. The tall weeds and grass is cut. We will continue working with the property owner while monitoring his progress toward code compliance.
