  The amount of trash scattered through out the CVS parking lot over the years is unsafe and welcomes more littering. CVS ownership needs to do a better job at maintaining its property for the safety of the community.

  For over a month there has been human excrement on one of the side wall of CVS. I have informed the management but they have not cleaned it up. Generally, it is common to find trash surrounding the building and little response from CVS to clean it up. Very disappointing.

  I totally support this urgent request. The litter is constant and there appears to be no effort to clean the parking lot that's in the heart of our small commercial district. CVS does not seem responsive to the continued requests for an ongoing cleanup.

  I have lived in the Dimond since 1986 when the CVS was a Long's Drugstore. CVS has brought a definite degradation to our community. Despite community efforts the problem continues. CVS seems to have a reactive policy to maintaining their property, but that doesn't work. Their actions (if any) are arrogant and unresponsive overall. Don't be fooled by one-time smiling faces that may contact you.

  Has management changed? Management was working with our Dimond Association volunteers that help merchants keep Dimond clean, but no evidence of that in the last two years. When a neighborhood commercial center is clean and attractive, it attracts more business. However, I am especially concerned about the constant debris, especially plastics, which will wash into the sewer system and end up in the Bay.

  I also have lived in the Dimond since the time when CVS was a Long's Drugstore. Since it switched to becoming a CVS the decline was swift and it has been in a constant state of blight. The lot is gross and unsafe - always. CVS seems to not care at all about this particular location. I imagine that if this CVS were in Rockridge or on Piedmont Ave. or in the Grandlake neighborhood the corporation would make sure that it be kept much cleaner - both inside and out. Shame on you, CVS!

  This is a major problem. There is ALWAYS litter all over this parking lot, and cvs is doing nothing to clean it up. It’s been like this for the entire time I’ve lived here and it’s a disgrace. CVS should be fined for the many years of negligence.

  The parking lot at CVS is consistently littered. Please do something about this. Maybe you can coordinate a regular cleanup schedule with your neighbor, Farmer Joe’s, who shares the same lot. The portion of the lot in front of their store is much cleaner, which suggests that they are making an effort to maintain it and CVS is not.

  CVS, it's time to take care of your property -- you owe it to the community to be a good corporate steward. Your consistent lack of site maintenance drives me to shop elsewhere. Unfortunately, not everyone can exercise this option.

  I agree with everyone here. I’ve been in Dimond over 40 years. When CVS took over, things went south. Please hold them accountable for the trash in their lot.
