Description
This could indicate a latin king local gang (3-point crown) with "F the Police" ("FTP", from my research) or from a nearby city. Just wanted to report this as it was seen today by me behind Kroger at the NE corner. They have appeared to do this where there were no cameras watching the site. I am sure they have other cameras that could assist.
