Two dogs in back yard barking 24/7
No human contact
No inside time; outside during extreme cold of 2nd week Jan
Owner will not control
Other neighbors complaining
Owner ignores neighbor pleas and reports

As of 12/6/10 owner has not lived in the house for 30 days; cannot be sure that she has not visited; however I am retired and have not seen her 6am - 10pm daily. Therefore I fear the dog(s) might not have food and water. Please check. Dogs are part or all Pit Bull and not friendly.

Dog owner sold house and removed the dogs. Onwner acted oblivious and dogs barked and acted threatenly until day they left.
