Description
Can we get bubblers turned on? I always check the water fountains when I walk around town and usually the water faucets are not turned on. This bothers me because for safety reasons I think people should have access to water. I know I get thirsty. I also think it is more environmentally friendly than people using water bottles. Examples are: at the soccer field on Rosedale, at the baseball field on Rosedale, at the baseball field at end of Delbarton, and at Cole Park. It seems to me before COVID they were on. Is there some connection? It has been established covid does not transmit on surfaces. So I am stumped.
