Please advise on status of new black trash can

it's been 9 days since an update has been given, and our trash can has been sitting out on the curb as instructed to be replaced / repaired, our HOA is stating it has to be brought back off the curb, but I need to know when to leave it on the curb for the trash can to be replaced, please give an update as soon as possible

this is another request - the trash can has not yet been replaced, it keeps getting cracked more, and the trash inside is not getting picked up, today I saw the driver just try to shake the trash bin up and down because it got stuck and he finally came out the truck and removed it from the claw - it's cracked more and the trash inside did not get removed since it was stuck - Please Rectify asap it's going on 3 weeks now and we have not received a repaired or new black trash bin
