Description
Parents use Rhode Island Street near Candelaria to drop off and pick up students. They double park, block driveways and speed. They get beligerant when asked to move so that we can access our own driveway. This is dangerous for students crossing Candelaria and for residents on the street.
In addition, we have previously requested speedbumps on this street. People tend to use Rhode Island to avoid traffic and the 25 mph on Pennsylvania
