Description

Work done to install a pipe across this intersection should not be considered complete until the contractor returns the pavement to the acceptable condition that existed prior to excavation. This needs to be corrected before the snow plows come and turn this intersection into a school-bus-swallowing, suspension-destroying nightmare.
