Sharraxaadda

Cars are regularly double parked illegally here, blocking two different sidewalks, obstructing pedestrians and making it impossible to pass for the elderly and individuals with handicaps. This has been going on for approximately a year. The cars should be ticketed or towed if they block the sidewalks.
