Thank you for reporting your erosion concern. The Town is monitoring the erosion and determining an appropriate response. The Town is limited to providing maintenance in the public ROW and public easements.

This is a picture of the pond that now permanently is in my property due to Siena NOT utilizing their retention pond. The stormwater drains into my property at such a high rate that we always have standing water. I am requesting that the town enforce their UDO stormwater ordinances and require Siena to capture their stormwater to their retention pond.

This is a picture taken during a downpour on 2-12-2023 of the Siena Retention pond drain which shows no water coming from the drain. It is proof that their stormwater controls are not working as required.

he Town of Wake Forest is investigating a plan that may require design and funding. This particular concern and the comments related to it involves both private property and public right of way. We cannot perform work on private property. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work towards a resolution.
