Please repair the potholes indicated below. The link on your website to report this is not functioning. 1) 5th Street entering the City from I-64 Westbound; right hand lane. 2) Byrd Street at 10th; left hand lane. When road was dug up for some purpose and filled with asphalt, the asphalt has sunk considerably and there is a significant pothole there as well. Both of these potholes are are critical entry/exit routes to/from the City and almost impossible to avoid without causing an accident. Just this week I incurred damages to my car totalling $900 as a result. The Richmond City police officer that came to the scene of my breakdown (for safety reasons) suggested I contact the City.
