Description
We are not sure if this is a Code Compliance, Environmental Issue, Tree Trim/Removal or just a Fire hazard but this pile of palm branches have been in this location for well over 4 months and is still growing. It often runs over into the road gutter and backs up water in the road. Can this be removed before more problems occur? Thank you

This is not a code compliance issue, not an environmental issue nor less a fire hazard issue. This is a pile of palm tree branches that will eventually be removed by the city of St. Petersburg.
And yes the pile will continue to grow and when I am done with cleaning the property, I will schedule with the city to remove it.
To clarify to those that read the complaint, the palm tree branches are position 3 feet from the road and 37 feet away from the street drainage, so it is unfair and a total lie to say “ It often runs over into the road gutter and backs up water in the road”.
I love driftwood as much as you do. Instead of wasting your time reporting a minor issue to the city and presenting it as a mayor problem, why not come talk to me and give me the opportunity to clarify your concern.
