Description

Since back in Feb. 09 I've called PNM 5 times to remove shoes from the power line in front of our house. It started out as one pair and now there are 3. Everytime I call PNM they put a ticket in and tell me that it can take up to a month. Then no one comes and the ticket is convienently lost or closed. My wife and I have been very patient with them but are tired of the shoes being ignored. If you could PLEASE have someone come by and take a couple minutes to take down the shoes it'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
