You're going to keep seeing more and more wildlife in your neighborhood, since new homes and buildings keep being erected, and brush areas are cut down left and right. Hate to say it, but cats should be kept inside anyway, and if they are outside, owners know that risks from cars/humans/coyote!

Try the 40 Grain lead injection on them. This usually cures the problem.
