This is a current case SWD08022022-00317. A notice of violation was sent to the property owner/occupant on 8/2/2022 and they were given 10 business days to remove the recycling cart. We are scheduled to follow up on 8/17/2022. Code Enforcement cannot take any further action until after re-inspection.
