If this happened in Norwood. Why the hell do you have to say :going towards Chester"? isn't the next town Prospect Park.? Another lame attempt to blame the city of Chester for EVERYTHING. And I don't even live there, this is just an observation. Very LAME on your part.

if i am in chester .... i would not stop for anything.. kpep moving your a harder target... if ya stop ya rn the chance of getting killed, mugged, drugged or something.

This is in Norwood not Chester. Going towards Chester is different then being in Chester.
