Yesterday our inspector visited and spoke with the contractor at 526 39th Ave S. They will repair the sidewalk in front of their development.
Codes will please need to contact the property owner for repair of the sidewalk at adjacent (to the north) 500 39th Ave S as there aren't any open permits for that property.
