DWSD workers came here 2 months ago did sewer rodder 4 manholes in alley. Lot of sludge roots wipes.
I have robot camera to inspect line because we still experienced backed up during heavy storm this was done on August 10.
As we have fire hydrant broke by semi truck on Knodell today and all water rush in storm drain now it backed up slowly.
Here evidence of picture this was 10 feet distance from manhole behind my garage. You could see massive root blockage. Water was about 4" height of bottom line.
It need root cutter saw machine that goes 15 inches wide to remove massive root blockage.
