So this just happened today when they came and picked up the bags! Why would you not finish the job that you started and second of all why would you break DOUBLE BAGS just to leave the mess in the curb of my home and have an excuse to not finish….I have security cameras and I have recorder everything that they have intentionally did since there was no reason for this to happen in the first place. We need to be more accountable and more responsible of our duties since it is what is expected from everyone performing a task regardless of their job!! They need to be more serious about their job and stop causing hazards like this

Driver collected all acceptable material at the curb. Remaining debris is mixed with trash and cannot be serviced until all trash is removed from debris. Driver tagged material to advise homeowner. Shredded newspaper and other trash mixed with debris.

The remaining material is contaminated with trash. Please remove trash from the debris. Department will attempt to collect remaining debris on next scheduled service day
