Description

The alley between 30th Avenue North and 29th Avenue North. spanning between 49th street and 51st street is deteriorating to the point where sand is filling our street. I personally swept up 46 gallons of sand in garbage pales to help with drainage, but it just keeps collecting. Our neighbors are doing what they can, but the alley is just all gravel and sand that flows out into the street and down the gutters.
