Description

There are two (2) pine trees behind our home- they are on Valencia, near the stop sign at Orange Elementary School. The trees ar every overgrown and the needles (lots of them) fall into my backyard. I'm pretty allergic to pine and have noticed over the past two years as I started more gardening in my backyard it's really hard to clean up the needles - ad I cant handle them much without a breakout and allergic rash reaction. Can the city trim them back greatly from my backyard wall? Hopefully that will reduce the needles from falling into my yard and patio.
