Description
Vehicles are always dropping off, standing and parked in front of the Knight of Columbus building on Church Street. Police need to patrol the area a bit more especially around heavy traffic times.

I've seen the cars sit there for over a 1/2 hour at times. Srsly need the public to tell the police about this??? Your tax dollars are hard(ly) at work.

I'd rather have my tax dollars hard at work paying police and traffic enforcement to do what they're supposed to do, instead of have them hard at work dealing with the liability suits that inevitably result when they don't do what they're supposed to do. These pickups and drop offs create hazards and slow down traffic, both of which carry economic costs that we all indirectly bear.
Jellybelly, why don't we also get rid of stop signs and traffic signals altogether, and let the "invisible hand" somehow swoop down and take care of it? Certainly that will lower our tax burden, although it will also bring all commerce (and therefore tax revenues) to a grinding halt.
