Description

You have to walk out on the street to get by this bush or growth because it is so overgrown that it takes up 3/4 of the sidewalk. I don't understand how this is allowed by the landlord or owner. Hoping that the City of Medford can enforce that this be trimmed back. It's dangerous to walk in the street with the cars flying down the hill of Fells Ave.

A. Although it is growing out from private property, it is now covering public property - the sidewalk!!
