Description

Water has been bubbling up through the pavement since Friday, ~3pm. Several calls have been placed by neighbors to the water authority and 311. As of Saturday at 4:45pm, water continues to run down cul-de-sac and down the cross street of Todos Santos. A water authority individual was seen on Friday evening setting utility flags and marking off areas so why has no one come to stop the leak? This is the third time in 3 years that this same area has busted. Water conservation isn't obviously a priority this holiday weekend.

Thank you for your feedback. I escalated this issue to the water dispatch number 857-8250. This is where you can report water emergencies. I spoke with Larry Laird at Water Authority and he said he would take care of it.

Now there are barriers around busted water line that has been running SINCE Friday ~3pm. Today is Sunday. No repairs as of yet and it has been over 48 hours that the leak has been running down the street and cross street of Todos Santos

ALRIGHT!!! It's Sunday evening at 6pm and they are digging up the pavement and have stopped the water from running. I hope the City of ABQ Water Dept. will pay these two men well!! Thank you 311.

Hole in cul-de-sac (7705 San Francisquita Ct NW) still has not been filled or repaved since being fixed on Sunday the 18th. Barriers still in place which have cut off access to part of driveway of homeowner. Huge safety issue in a residential area even with blinking barriers. Already spoke with Water Authority twice in the last 3 days. Can someone gets something done please???????

Still waiting to hear when our neighborhood can expect to have our huge hole in the cul-de-sac repaired. All we get is "someone will be going out soon" from the Water Authority.

So on Jan. 24th, the city came and filled on the hole from the water break repair and now we sit 11 days later with no pavement still in the middle of our cul-de-sac with barriers and not new concrete that needs to be repoured around the meter area!! The original break was almost 3 weeks ago and it shouldn't take this long to repair it 100%. Who do people need to contact in order to get our street repaired on the Westside?????

area affected from water line repair has not yet been repaved and no new concrete has been poured around the water meter under sidewalk either.

Need pavement redone from repaired water line that busted under pavement in cul-de-sac on 1/15/10. New concrete also needs to be repoured around water meter in sidewalk. This is a very large area that is directly in front of 7705 San Francisquita Ct NW. Barriers stil in place due to approx. 5 inch drop from pavement to area that was dug up. It has now been over a month and we are still waiting for our tax dollars to be put to use. The weather is good so what's the hold up?????

Who can I speak to at WUA who is responsible for issue request for pavement repairs after water line break repairs to private pavement companies. 46 days have pass since the line was busted and still no repair. A request for repair was also requested through the CABQ water ultility website.
