Issue is being reopened. Why would Code Enforcement assume that, instead of physically visting the property to verify if the stairs have been fixed or replaced??

No, the issue has not even been addressed by the city's Code Enforcement staff nor the home owner. I do not understand how this issue is being closed this without providing me with an answer or update, and finally a resolution from the home owner to fix or replace it. That is serious lack of concern on Code Enforcement and a wrong approach to resolving this serious matter.

Take a look at the track record of lack of communication on this issue.

Considering the track record of me asking twice on 10-22-2022 and 11-19-2022 of what the status was and noone from Code Enforcement has not replied back me to me on the status, plus the home owner has not once looked at this and fixed it, (despite being there several times to mow the lawn since the issue has been recorded, and even had the entire house's siding replaced this month in May 2023, by a local siding business), no, the issue has not been even addressed and the stairs are continually to fall apart and still creating a very unsafe problem.

Local wildlife play around those stairs, as well, which is a concern, since we do not want to see any animals get killed or hurt from the loose and falling debris of the stairs.

You can do better that this, I'm sure.
