Hopefully this gets fixed soon. It's a severe driving hazard and I just reported it too.

The SPTO call center acknowledges this issue and will be issuing a work order to the appropriate crew for service within five business days. Please understand some issues can be more complicated than they appear on the surface. The cause and solution may involve multiple utilities and government agencies and may take more time than anticipated.
