If you have further information (car license, color of car,description of person or people doing the dumping) please call the Non Emergency Number 203-946-6316 and use this incident's CAD # to help resolve the issue. We will pick up the items when we can.

The trash was dumped by someone hired by the owner of the property, and left there. Let the owner pay for the clean up. Also, right near it is a large blue bin full of trash that's been sitting in front of their house for months and getting stinky.

More than two weeks after reporting this issue, and an LCI promise to "look at it", nothing has changed. The trash on the verge and the trash-filled recycling tote remain as an eyesore.

Turns out I was a bit hasty in renewing my complaint about this neighbor, as Nick at LCI had been there to deal with it only a few minutes before I walked by and took another photo. Property owner has been cited for blight, and will be penalized if they don't clean it up. Good work, LCI!
