Thank you for alerting the peaceful people living on Roosevelt Island about the confrontational jogger who also lives on the Island. No one should be grabbed or threatened while in motion totally on the right side of the walk-way. This jogger purposely moved from his right-side to his left-side.......grabs me and threatens me. It was one of those....."you had to be there moments", to believe it. I didn't even believe it!! We need cameras on this bridge!!
