There is a big problem on marshall ave. When pulling onto marshall ave from lebanon street, Williams street is totally blocked due to them re doing the whole street. The problem is there is NO sign. People are pulling off of Lebanon street, onto marshall ave, then being told by an EVERETT cop,. that Williams street is blocked. Only problem? Marshall ave is a DEAD END!! Cars are piling up, trying to turn around on the dead end. Why is there no sign, so people don't go down the street? There's always a sign when they are working. also, why is the Everett cop at the bottom of Williams street, and not at the corner of Lebanon and Marshall ave, so he can tell people they can't go up Williams street?
