Sage, Michael said that the STOP SIGN was run morning noon and night. It's more of a hazard when there are kids getting on and off the school bus. I don't know where you got your license, but you are REQUIRED to come to a complete stop not to "almost" stop according to PA law. No one said anything about traffic either, but there are plenty of drivers that think the stop sign does not apply to them. This street is also where two children were hit by cars speeding. So no we won't lighten up until the law is obeyed.
