"Turning point" conducts obnoxiously loud music every day. The tenant of the space, the business owner begins around 8:20 A.M. and sometimes before. The music is so loud they yell at each other as their way of "communication". The decibels fluctuate from too loud, at stated hour, exceeding ordinance code, to an Unreal level of loud randomly.

We live in a row home. They bought a full.drum kit for thier son and they play it at 8am to 11am when we are contacting customers who beg us to.turn.down out music. Then at 5 pm until 7npm when my husband and i have the onky half hour or so to sit and talk about our day eat together, discuss things (we are both fighting cancer. So ten minutes is the most we get. Then they play at 8 pm untiln1001 pm when we are trying to sleep.nif we ask them for.consideration they slam doors in our faces and call the cops for the most insignificant reasons. We have begged for consideration about hammering on my vheno and radiatiin days (i had both at the same time. Ive tried to landscape mybyard only to have ger flood and muddy the areas ahe watched me dig and sweat iver. Bought a grill.2 yrs ago havent used it once. She took me to court for harassment and my lawyer, the da and the officers were making her the jokenof the entire hearing. I had 22 letters sent in my behalf from friends family and friends whim shes attacked as well. I and my husband shovel everyones walks, vlow their gutters, blow the cars and I would like to.see.the county do something for this.young man7 now this woman js going from home to hime.using these papers to twll neighbkrs lies and half trurths about me. Several women i stuck up for to this bully have turned thier backs on me. Ive been kimd, feeding.cases if food.to neighbors and buying cookies i dont wany for 40 to help.with christmas momey, habeing him do my layn to make extra money. I offered to help when i go shoppimg and.carry them in whatever help they may need. And now i was being very kimd to my neighbor and he flipped oitnon me.as.if.i.was.attacking him. I just wanted him to knoe . Im one of the kindest moat selfless people in any neighborhood ive lived and ive bever had this issue ever. Now i jusy want to feel a part of this community. Have coffee in the morning and sit oit at night. Help when they need it. But its not going to get better this woman is.evil.
