Opis
There's a no turn on red sign. The sign needs to be upgraded to state no turn during the morning and evening peak times. Otherwise, you should be able to turn right on red like in other places throughout the city. This will enhance the flow of traffic during non peak times. Many people already illegal turn there in the evenings after the peak time.

Signals have reviewed the operation and uncovered no signals concerns. The recommendation from Signals is for Safety Team to ensure the line of sight and the geometrics will safely accommodate the request for right turn on red.

Traffic Safety has reviewed this intersection more than once for design and sight distances and has determined the design and distances is not an issue for the traveling public.
