Numerous cracks, potholes, patches, and uneven surfaces create a dangerous intersection at Prospect and Canal Streets. Bicyclists often must swerve into traffic to avoid riding into the deep ruts. Despite plans for road re-design, temporary patches must be put into place immediately. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
