Abandoned/Foreclosed Property that has a large contractor mess in the driveway. Yard is left overgrown and the sidewalks never have snow removed.

Snow? How long has this property been abandoned? I would have reported the snow last year to the codes dept. Next time, email Ms. Gerber and tell her you are making a formal complaint. Take a picture and send it to her. Ms. Gerber is a codes enforcer.
