There is a empty house on our street .That has grass growing wild ,trash and junk sitting around No one has attempted to come clean up the mess left behind by The people that live there , Home owners should not have to look at the unkept property the previous owners leave behind ,This is a on going problem that property owners have to deal with ,Will it ever stop?
