Description

The first problem is that this site has been left abandoned and completely unsecured. There is no fence up to keep people out of the partial structure in the weeks during which no work is done on the property. The second problem is that the unsecured construction materials and now spilling into the narrow ally creating a hazard. The materials need to be collected and secured, and the lot also needs to be secured.
