Driving into the transfer station you will notice a large sign on the right that looks ratty. The paint is all curling up. Why is that? THEN, down the road a bit at Hannaford, I noticed the sign there. It too is looking poor. Why not fix up the sign that Welcomes people to our city. Didn't let things go back in my day. Old & cranky I guess.
