It's over 1 month and the street light is still out. The police pulled a gun on my husband last week about 5am in the morning when he was leaving for work. They thought he was a guy they were chasing who jumped out of the car a street over. Who follows up on your Acknowledged comments??? Contacted Duke @800-700-8744 today. A survey should be done on this action line and steps need to be taking on how to approve the action center.

A work request was entered when we first received this issue report on Oct 9th, and an inspector from the Community Services Department went to the reported location, identified the non-functioning street light, and notified Duke Energy that a repair was needed. It is then up to Duke Energy to fulfill that request - the City does not maintain every street light within the City limits.
