Issue forces drivers to stop completely to decide how to navigate their way up the ramp. this backs up traffic all the way onto the White Horse Pike, some 200 yards back.

In my opinion the whole design of this construction was terrible. The jersey barriers they put up are bad because they dont allow water to drain properly from the road. All of the drains are located on the shoulders but the barriers hold this water in and create pools of water. Even worse is when it freezes. All they had to do was install barriers with little slots to let water drain way or elevate them. I have seen it done elsewhere.
