Description
Sidewalk here is uneven hex block lower than the existing landscape of broken shells and dirt so the sidewalk is not only uneven, but covered in broken shells all the time. The neighboring location, 3128 Dr MLK Jr St N, is also old asphalt and usually covered with a layer of sand/shells and deteriorating asphalt. There is new sidewalk on either side of these two properties, and it would be nice to have a clean smooth sidewalk running the entire way for walking, wheelchairs and bikes. There is no bike lane along this section of MLK so the sidewalk gets a lot of use. This issue is two properties down from Issue 13166721.
