We are neighbors through the woods and downhill from the townhomes. I will create a request also. We are likewise ankle deep in mud and water and the bank of the Creek runoff has eroded to the point of dislodging the drain pipe used to direct the water. I think it’s the downspouts pointed to the rear of the development rather than the drains that were planned for it. The retention pond across the street does not catch much, if anything, from the underground pipe that was planned to control their storm water. The water has created a second tributary and they both overflow to pour into our yard. We have already installed a drain the entire length of the yard but it cannot handle the increased amount of runoff since the development. Im not certain anyone is monitoring the success of the retention pond until the WakeMed development is finished but I know that pond can’t possibly catch runoff directed away from the drains. I don’t think the build matches the submitted plans the Town had signed off on. Hopefully someone can help!

Thank you for reporting your erosion concern. The Town is monitoring the erosion and determining an appropriate response. The Town is limited to providing maintenance in the public ROW and public easements.

We are not requesting town of wake Forest to perform maintenance. We are asking for enforcement of the scm town ordinance with the Siena Townhouse HOA.
The drainage is a substantial issue and the scm ordinance requires ongoing town oversight.
Please advise us when you can address the issues with the HOA
