no one has come to trim the weeds growing underneath the trees. I am sure the trees will grow better and things will look nicer once these weeds have been removed. Is this how we greet visitors from emeryville??? with bad landscaping. Maybe we can pay the homeless people who live behind target and obstruct traffic to trim these weeds?
