Description

The wire fence along disk course at Freestone rec center along Guadalupe is no longer up. Sharp edges are sticking out along guadalupe sidewalk side by utility box and also by Freestone parking lot. Kids walk in this area to Patterson elementary. Hopefully fence can be repaired or broken sections removed.
